To access the Merchant Resource Center you will need to login using the Store ID (a 10 digit alphanumeric string beginning with 'mon') which is provided by Moneris Solutions, along with the username and password provided by your store administrator.
 
If you have forgotten your password click on the 'Forgot Password?' button and follow the password reset instructions. If you have forgotten your username, please contact your store administrator. If you are the store administrator please call the eSELECTplus Support Team at the number provided below.
 
Using 'Forgot Password?' a new temporary password will be e-mailed to the user. To use this feature, the user must have already setup their security passphrase and email address.
 
Update Password
You will be prompted to change your password after your first login, after having your password reset or every 90 days. The functionality of the Merchant Resource Center will be locked until you reset your password successfully. Please note, you cannot reuse the temporary password that you were assigned. The new password that you choose must meet the following criteria:
  • 7-16 characters long
  • Start with a letter
  • Contain a number
  • Cannot be the same as the previous 4 passwords
Update Security Passphrase
If you have not yet setup a passphrase, you will also be prompted to complete the security details required if ever you forget your password. The email and passphrase fields must meet the following criteria:
  • Email address must be valid
  • Question and answer must be between 6 and 90 characters long
  • Question and answer must be different
