Active Transaction Reports
 
The Active Transaction Reports section is designed to provide users with detailed information regarding all attempted transactions which fall within the last 18 months. Please refer to the bolded date at the top of the screen for exact date range information. It is important to note that the more search information is submitted, the more specific the search becomes.
 
Date
In order to search by transaction date/time, ensure that the 'Date' heading is checked off and the appropriate radio button is selected. You may select common date ranges (ex. Yesterday) from the drop down menu or specify a specific date and time range (ex. 09:00 20th Mar 2007 - 17:00 20th Mar 2007) using the from/to drop menus.
 
Transaction Type
In order to search by transaction type, ensure that the 'Transaction Type' heading is checked off and the desired transaction type(s) are selected.
 
Transaction Response
In order to search by transaction response, ensure that the 'Transaction Response' heading is checked off and the appropriate response type is selected.
 
Card Type
In order to search by card type, ensure that the 'Card Type' heading is checked off and the appropriate card type is selected.
 
Other Criteria
In order to search by other criteria, ensure that the appropriate search criteria is checked off and correctly filled in. To search by such fields as Customer ID you may provide the beginning, end, or just part of the field (ex. 'Mon', 'eris' and 'neri' will all locate 'Moneris').
 
To view the Active Transaction Report with Tip Totals, the USERNAME must be specified while performing the Transaction Query. Also, Tip functionality must currently be enabled in your Store Settings.
 
Sort By
The search results may be sorted according to several different criteria. Select the desired criteria to organize all the transactions by. The number of transactions displayed per page may also be changed by selecting the appropriate amount from the drop down menu.
 
To conduct the search using the above selected search criteria, click on 'Submit Search'. You may save the selected search criteria for future use by clicking on the 'Save Settings' button.
